I am a wedding and lifestyle photographer based in Pensacola, Florida with a focus on emotive documentation and timeless imagery.
Whether I am photographing a portrait session in my studio or shooting an elopement in another country, I approach each shoot with vulnerability and intentionality.

With over eight years of experience in the wedding industry I have developed a strong sense of artist identity and a deep love and appreciation for each detail that goes into the day. Weddings have been at the core of my business since its inception in 2016 and prove to be a labor of love and creativity. I now accept only a handful of weddings each year in order to ensure each and every couple receives the utmost care and attention.

My couples and family portraiture (also known as my lifestyle work) is truly at the heart of what I do. I began my photography journey photographing friend’s and their partners and families that were friends of friends. To me, this is, and weddings, is where “storytelling” is most important. My desire is to capture people in love, where they are at–wherever that may be and whomever that may be with.

Located in the heart of downtown Pensacola, FL, The Studio by SCP was started out of my desire to dive deeper into editorial and portrait work in a controlled environment which enables creativity to be cultivated. I have since moved into my second and current studio, in which I love to play with the truly creative side of photography, and I offer photographer mentorships and studio rentals for any and all creatives.

Sarah is an absolutely amazing photographer and person. She knows how to capture the most beautiful moments on camera and you can feel all the emotions just by looking at the pictures. Sarah being my wedding photographer was easily the best decision I’ve ever made. She makes you feel so confident and comfortable when being photographed. Sarah Coleman is an amazing person to work with and collaborate with. Her attention to detail, uplifting personality, and creative ideas are her superpowers. Her studio hosted my first solo art show in the state of Florida. This show was recognized by the local paper and was featured in the front page of In Weekly. I've wanted to work with Sarah for sometime now and finally had a reason to do so, our anniversary. My husband and I are not the most natural in front of the camera, but Sarah created a fun & intimate experience in her studio that we both felt comfortable with. Our shoot was an hour and I wished it had been longer- Chatting with Sarah was effortless, she had us dancing and laughing. I was blown away when Sarah sent me sneak peeks the same day as our shoot. I cannot recommend Sarah and her beautiful studio enough. I cannot wait to work with Sarah again!
